For each shipment, normally we keep 2~3pcs in-house for at least 1 year for traceability purposes.

Date Mark

For each toilet seat from Beewill, customers can find the production date in the buffer housing.

 Recall a claim sample

If the toilet seats have function issues, we will recall a claim sample, to check the reason and find a solution to resolve the problem. If confirmed to be our responsibility, we will supply a free replacement.
