304 stainless steel hydronic towel warmers
The stainless steel towel radiators of Beewill, are offered in polished finish and are available for central heating only, electric only, and dual fuel option.
The stainless steel is 304 graded and is hence rust-less and long-lasting. The guaranteed usage life is as long as 25 years, while the regular low-carbon steel radiators can last only 5 years on average, as low-carbon steel is easy to rust. The color-coated or chrome-plated finish is aimed to protect it from getting rusted, but the coating or plating layer will start to peel off or blister after 3-5 years.
Another advantage of stainless steel is that it is much lighter in weight, which is due to its being strong, rust-less, and the production procedures are completely different. Being lighter will make the installation much easier.
The third reason of choosing stainless steel is the environmental consideration. Not only the material itself is 100% recyclable, but there is also no chrome plating or coating process involved in the production, so no pollution from its birth to the life end of the product. It is not an easy material to master anyway, as there is no coating or plating to cover up shoddy workmanship. We are proud that we can well master it and keep the good quality.
The original polished finish of stainless steel is the ideal finish for towel radiators.
It never fades and is easy to be maintained. Small scratches can be polished out just with water and a microfibre cloth.
The colorful coating or chrome plating finish on the market is easy to scratch and damage. And after 3-5 years, it will start to blister, or fade. And the production process is always an issue for the environment.
Thanks to the hi-tech production facilities applied, we are proud that we do not have to apply any polluting production process to obtain the polished finish of stainless steel.
Laser autogenous welding is applied for connecting the rails.
There is no extra soldering flux needed, and just the stainless steel material itself is melted and connected. The welding seam is almost invisible, looks integrated, and also very strong, lasting the whole life long.
Tested air/water pressure: 22 bar, while the maximum working pressure required is only 10 bar. Tested load: 50 kgs for 1000 hours.
