Step 1: Test the incoming raw material and spare parts
Compression molding is the key process for duroplast toilet seats, so we Beewill paying a lot of attention to this process.
Firstly, we do molding test when the raw material arrives, so that we can make sure the material is qualified for mass production. Then after the seat is molded, every seat will be checked on surface quality and structure. Besides, we also do boiling test and load test for every batch. Want to know more about boiling test? By the way, for our products, each patch of raw duroplast material, we reserve 2-3 pieces of toilet seat samples for at least 1 year for traceability purpose. If there is any claim in the future, we can check the reserved samples immediately.

Step 2: Compression molding
The compression molding of duroplast toilet seat is a complicated process of chemical reaction, which is not easy to make it perfect. Beewill has the best engineer and technician in this industry, so we can ensure the pressing procedures can be done very well.
Firstly, prepare raw material for each seat.
Workers need to weigh the proper weight of duroplast material as required of every seat, which can ensure all products are the same weight. Meanwhile, heating the mold until right temperature.
Secondly, pour the powder material into mold and compression moulding.
Adjust the temperature of mold until the requirement of machine, and last for proper time, just several minutes, the product can be picked out.
Thirdly, remove burrs.
When workers pick out the seat, it still be hot, and the burrs are soft, so it can be removed easily soon.
Fourthly, 100% inspection.
As it is not easy to make it perfect, we need to find out all possible defective products, in case defective products enter the next step. At Beewill, we usually scrap defective products directly.
Step 3: Polishing
After the molding process, the product need to polishing. We polish every seat on surface and edges. This is a process to ensure a good workmanship, to make the seats friendly to touch at every point.
As we know, we are the one who has the highest standard, every seat will be 100% checked again and cleaned.
Step 4: Assembly
After polishing, the seat goes to assembly area. During this step, workers will assemble all accessories on the seats, including the buffers on seat cover and ring, the hinge system, installation instruction, and something others as required.
This step, we carry full check on soft close and quick release function again. Damper is the heart of a soft close toilet seat, we check every damper for twice. The first time when finish damper, and the second time after assembly on seats. What’s more, for each batch, we will take the first pieces from production to do life endurance test. Normally it takes 15 working days to finish 30000 cycles. If there is any problem, we can find it before shipment.
Step 5: Packing
The last step is to pack the toilet seats into inner box. Usually, the whole seat with installation instruction and fixing kit inside, will be shrinking package, some customers require to add foam protection around the seat, and then put into inner box together.
