Raw materials and accessories preparing time
After the order was confirmed, 2~3 weeks later we can receive all normal materials and spare parts.
Manufacturing and packing time
As per our production schedule, it will take some time to manufacture and pack. Normally, it depends on the order quantity. About 1~2 weeks for small orders, and 1 month for the quantity of a full container.
Testing and inspection time
After the products are ready, this time depends on the customer’s inspection arrangement and the schedule of the third test party. Usually, it can be finished within one week.
Loading and Shipping time
After inspected, the goods will be loaded as customer demand. It will

Step 1: Confirm the seat models
Help you select toilet seat models according to your needs, and provide samples for evaluation.
Step 2: Confirm the order demand
Including the price, quantity, package, delivery time, and payment term, send PI for client approval.
Step 3: Mass production
Release product specifications to the production department, and ready the goods on time
Step 4: Inspection
Accept the 3rd party inspection with the customer’s arrangement, or we provide our internal inspection report for reference.
Step 5: Shipping
Book the shipment before the goods are ready, and load on time. Provide the B/L, packing list, invoice, and C/O for customs clearance.

Do your products have patent issues?
We have our own R&D engineer team, and most products were designed by ourselves and registered patents. Until now, we have 65 patents. And some products were worked together with our customers, if we promise to exclusively supply for them, then other customers can’t place orders. So please feel rest assured, there is no patent issue cooperating with us.

What if you don’t supply what I want?
So far we have more than 200 seat models for your free selection. If our existing products cannot meet your demand, we can work together to develop new products. Normally developing a new seat model, from an idea to a final product, it is about 40 days. Our customers, like Roca, are quite happy with our service and efficiency in new product development.
Do you have some featured products?
We supply some featured products, for example, height raised toilet seats for special needs, family toilet seats, matt finish toilet seats, heated toilet seats, color printing toilet seats, etc..
What’s the raw material used?
Most Beewill toilet seats are made of duroplast material, you can also call it UF or urea material. It is a kind of thermosetting material, with outstanding advantages, you can see more details here. In recent years, we also developed some PP seat models, especially toilet seats for the US market.
What’s your product advantages?
Firstly, we use anti-bacterial raw materials to produce toilet seats, which was verified by SGS. Secondly, our products can conform to German DIN19516 standards. Thirdly, own patent design hinge systems.
